I would be happy if anyone could inform me the procedure of Intra Company Transfer.

1. Is it true that company has to issue an letter only or is there any other procedures also?
2. What documents will be required from the candidate trying for ICT?

ICT is processed by employer directly.

I also have some questions regarding ICT process:

- The employer will apply for the ICT for the employee. Can the employer also apply for the open work permit for spouse in the same application? Or does that have to be done separately?
- What all documents required from the employee?
- How much time does it take typically for the complete process?

Open Work permit has to be applied separately.
