Documents required to re-enter Canada

I am a permanent resident of Canada. I had to come back to India (my home country) on some medical emergency in my family.

I am now planning to come back to Canada. I wanted to confirm if my Indian passport and a valid PR card is sufficient to board an airplane and re-enter Canada after 15-March-2016. Is there anything that I need to apply at this stage?
