Documents required for Work permit extension

Hi ,

I am on a closed work permit. I landed in Canada last November and my work permit is valid for one year. It is getting expired by November 2014.I understand we can apply for an extension 90 days prior to the expiration date. I am trying to apply it online via CIC and i have been asked for the following pending documents to be uploaded
1.Offer of Employment - I already have an offer letter which is valid only till November 2014 and i understand this should be fairly straight forward to get another offer letter from my Employer with the updated dates - Please confirm
2. Proof that you Meet the Requirements of the Job being Offered - I am not clear with this . Isn't it obvious that i met the requirements already and i am in Canada for the last one year ? Is there a specific format that we can use for this ? My employer is unaware of such letters . - Please clarify
3.Invitation Letter - Again, i am not being invited to come into Canada one more time. i am already living here. Who should give this letter and what are the contents of this letter ? Please clarify

You need a new lmO / LMIA from ur employer and then u can apply for work permit again

could you please elaborate on that ? i did not come here on LMO. i am an intra company transferee .
