I'm new in the thread. my wife is going for MGM program in canada for may2019 intake. I want to apply SOWP. After she lands. when to apply and is it true we have wait to 1or 2 sem to clear.?

regarding the proof of funds, i do not have a passbook that can show the history of my account. is it ok to show a bank certification? because i only have my savings in an ATM account.

I would like to ask regarding bank statement, is it should be my bank statement here in the philippines or my wife’s statement at canada? How much should I deposit if it is on my wife’s account? please help me?

I am applying for SOWP. In the form imm5257 the first question as if I am principle applicant or spouse of principle applicant.
I am confused that which should I tick as I am a spouse of a skilled worker who is already working in Canada on a close work permit.

I am working in Chandigarh and my wife is a full time student in Lambton from September 2019 intake , she had applied for my SOWP with a help of a lawyer based in Brampton but I got rejected with the reasons that I don't meet the requirements of SOWP under section 205 C (ii) but after research on it I found out that it was mistake from our lawyer side coz the decouments she had submitted was only
Marriage certificate
College offer letter
My salary slip in India
Application for only .
But one of my friend Who already got the visa told me that my lawyer should have submitted
College enrollment letter
Our marriage pics
Funds in my saving bank account
Our outing pics
Engagement pics and hall booking letters
Honeymoon destination tickets and hotel bookings
And other documents to support our relationship genuinity

But our lawyer didn't submitted anything like that ,do you think it could be a reason for rejection under section 205 c(ii) co the rejection letter only displaying this reason .
