Hi

I know that police clearance certificate is required for spouse. Im also applying for my mother.

My question is - for my spouse and mother what are the documents required?

Do i need to get my spouses work experience certs?

Regards

You're applying for your mother under Express Entry?? What do you mean?

For your spouse, you should move her work experience to personal history. You don't get points for a spouse's work experience, but if you put it under Work Experience, you will be required to submit reference letters,

Hi Goose.Thanks for the reply.

Sure i can get her work ex certified but it will be for a different NOC. Will i get points for that??

That was my main question.

How do i go about with my spouses work ex - We have different Nocs, but i can get both our work ex letters certified.

Would that increase our points?

Regards

There are no documents required for your mother. She is not classified as a dependent and cannot be included as an accompanying family member in the application.

You do not get any points for your spouse's foreign work experience. You do get points if she has work experience in Canada.
So yes, if she has worked in Canada in a NOC 0,A,B job, you will need to get her job reference letters. Otherwise, don't bother.
