hi. i have recieved my ita. i need to submit my documents. i have been practising at my private clinic since 4 and 1/2 years and i have shown that as my work experience. i dont have any proof of me working there. i do have a clinic loan on my name but it doesnt state the name of the clinic in the documents. i dint register my clinic with shop establishment as it waas opened in a residential property. so what documents can i submit to prove the same?
