Hi there. I have recently been sent an email from the High commission of London requiring extra documents, stating they have difficulty tracking my medical records, and needing other documents such as a copy of my husband's decree absolute from previous marriage and so on. We sent the documents off by Canada post with a tracking record. I was just wondering could I have just emailed back the information attaching documents or is by post better? Shall I send attached scanned documents via return email as well or will that be confusing to my application? Any suggestions appreciated thank you
