Documents from my brother who is a PR

Hi,

I have got ITA and have arranged all of my documents. I have one doubt regarding my brother's documents who is a PR and on the basis of which I am claiming family points. There are four separate upload boxes:
* Proof of PR/Citizenship of sibling
* Proof of residency in Canada of sibling
* Proof of sibling relationship
* Family Member Proof of Status

I have got following documents:
* Brother's PR Card
* His Indian passport
* His utility bills
* His marriage certificate from India which only shows father's name and not mother's name and my marriage cert which shows both of my parent's name.

I have got my birth cert which is bilingual (English and Hindi) but I don't have his birth certificate in English (only in Hindi). Please help me in understanding which document I should upload in which box.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

1. PR Card goes into Proof of PR
2. Utility Bills and rent agreement (if any) goes into Proof of residency
3. Your and his passport + Birth Certificates [His Hindi birth certificate needs to be translated into English by authorised translators and notarised].
4. Same as (2)

Minor correction- Just passports of both siblings would also work if the page with the parent's info is correct. I only submitted those and there weren't any issues for me. No need of birth certificates at all.

Hi thank you so much. After reading the first reply I was gonna ask for alternatives to birth certs, if any. I also personally feel that passports should be ok since the parents info is correct on our passports. Its just that listening it from someone who has gone through this is reassuring. Thanks.

Even I was extremely unsure. Just to confirm, in the sibling relationship documents when I was merging the PDFs I added this text as a first page just to make it clear to the VO what they were looking at



Attaching below First and Last page of Pxxxxxx xxxxr's current and valid passport (Lxxxxxx8) And Hxxx xxxxr's current and valid passport(Nxxxxxx9)

The last page of both passports has the name of both parents confirming sibling relationship between Pxxxxxx xxxxr (Spouse of applicant accompanying the applicant) and Hxxx xxxxr (Canadian PR holder currently residing in Canada)


Not sure if it's a big deal but I felt since there are so many possible proofs available I would just mention what exactly I uploaded.
