Documents for Study visa

Hi,

I need some info about the documents to be submitted for Canada study visa with dependent children:

1)Do the documents like Police clearance, IELTS, Transcripts, etc have to be originals or copies?
2) Is a birth certificate needed for the primary applicant or only for the dependent children?
3) I have a Police clearance Certificate that was issued on September 2014.Will it be valid for this application as I had read somewhere that it has to be issued 90 days before visa application?
4)Is it ok to complete the medical exam before application?

Please note that I am applying from Abu Dhabi, UAE. Would appreciate if someone could answer my queries at the earliest.

I have not received any replies to my previous posts.Hoping someone will answer me this time :-[

1) U can submit notarized copy. Dont submit original Transcript, IELTS score because visa office will not return you.
2) ,Only children need birth certificate
3) ,4)If medical required, u can do before
