Even though this has been asked many times, without stickies it makes it difficult to find a reliable thread on this topic. Please let me know if the following documents are sufficient to apply for a study permit

Engg:

1)Marks card (All Semesters + Degree Certificate)
2)LOR from Professors(Is it needed?)

Medical Exam:
--------------
4)Pre-Med acknowledgement form

Proof of English Language Competency:
--------------------------------------
5)Ielts result.

Funds:
-------
6)GIC
7)Affidavit from parent
8)Bank Statements of my parent's account
9)Valuation Report of our house and land
10)Receipt of payment of tuition fee
11)ITR of my parent

Documents Related to University Applied:
---------------------------------------
11)Acceptance letter from the university
12)SOP

MISc:
-------
Photographs+ Passport+ Application from + Work Experience certificate (is it required?)

Also attach 10 and 12 certificates.

just confirming.... are bank drafts the only accepted mode of payment ..we can pay in cash at the vfs too right?

My wife got an admit for PHD without IELTS and with full funding under university. Wanted to know if IELTS is required for visa application in this case.

just apply for visa with the loa.

Absolutely No (India). It's applicant who is supposed to put off his/her ITR under Generic category (if any), not parents.
