Hi guyz, I am going to apply study permit for m.engg in Dalhousie university for January 2015 session from VAC CHANDIGARH I have gathered following documents, please give your valuable and experienced views. And please tell me if any other document is required

Application forms ( VAC consent form, university checklist, study permit form, family information, temporary resident visa. form).
Offer letter ffom university
Payment receipt of 2500 CAD for 1st sem fee
Ielts trf
Upfront medical report
Sop addressed to visa officer
Documents to show finance=
! loan sanction letter of INR 20LACS ( two yrs fee+1st yr living expenses)
2 yr ITRs of father
Pay slips of last 4 months of father
Sponsoring letter from father
Copies of fix deposits on my name
Sale deed of land on my name and its translated copy in english
Two passport size photographs
Copy of my passport
Guyz, I have some queries. As I am not taking GIC, will it make any difference?
Do I have to attach original ielts trf and medical report or their attested photocopies?
In my passport, I don't have last name but only given name, so in forms I am writing my name in last name columns as we can not leave it blank but I am leaving given name columns blank, , will it cause any problem in future.
Is any change or addition, in documents is required , please let me know.
