Documents for SOWP

My eligibility for spousal work permit on CIC shows only three supporting docs i.e Digital photograph, proof of relationship and Passport copy. I am confused as should I submit rest of my financials and peppery documents etc or they are not required. I gave all my financials at the time of applying for my visitor visa whichwas approved in July 2015.
Also I just have my highest degree (MBA) copy and transcripts so should I submit that or we need all degrees from graduation and secondary as well as higher secondary exams?
I would really appreciate your kind responses.

Hi Mohit,

Embassy only ask for these 3 docs as mandatory but to make your case strong you not only have to add your financial, job experience documents but also some proofs to prove your relationship with your wife. Things like whatsapp chat fb emails etc etc. CYou have to attch the copy of your TRV as well. A cover letter including a detail of your profile. Hope it helps!

So now I will submit the following docs, please correct if I need to add something here.

1. Passport copy along with stamped pages
2. Statement of purpose or covering letter.
3. Financial docs/ property papers.
4. Marriage pictures and card as well as few pictures of us together on a holiday.
5. Passport copy of my 14 month old daughter as it has both our names
6. Marriage certificate.
7. Job exp documents along with resume.

What about educational documents? All from 10th onwards or just the highest degree as I don't have transcripts of the rest with me. I just have my MBA degree handy as of now.
Please advise.

Looks good so far. When you i will fill the IMM1295 form there is a section asking about your studies and employment. You will add the details there I will say attach a photo copy of those documents as well. You can also show money transfers done between you guys and daily based conversation. I my case I had like 50,000+ whastapp messages I edited them and cut them to few lets says 100+ for every week . And wrote a note saying original version is too extensive to be produced - only available upon request.

My husband is studying there in Canada and I am gathering information to raise SOWP. would I need to write IELTS for open work permit?
