Hey thanks for the info maybe I was wrong in asking my question.
I am from India and currently working for Government of India. I want to apply for express entry program but I want to know if I would require relieving letter from my organisation during the process or after ITA.
Thanks.
Proof of work experience Purpose
To prove each work experience claim and to validate that the applicant meets program requirements
Document requirements
The personalized document checklist in applicants’ online account prompts the applicant with an upload field for each work experience declared.
At the completeness check, the processing office determines only whether the required documents are included. The validity or fraudulence of the information is assessed only if and when the application is placed into processing.
The following documents are mandatory for each work experience declared:
a reference or experience letter from the employer, which
should be an official document printed on company letterhead (must include the applicant’s name, the company’s contact information [address, telephone number and email address], and the name, title and signature of the immediate supervisor or personnel officer at the company),
should indicate all positions held while employed at the company and must include the following details: job title, duties and responsibilities, job status (if current job), dates worked for the company, number of work hours per week and annual salary plus benefits
Thanks for your effort DelPiero07.
Could you please suggest me on one more thing.
I have studied a three year bachelor course from 2015-2018. Also from 2017-18 I was working full time. My bachelor course was also full time course but my college timings were from 8 AM to 11 PM and my work hours are 10 AM to 6 PM and I managed both by working till late in the office and skipping some classes as only 60% attendance was required to be attended to complete the course. Can I claim my this one year work experience as well as bachelor course for my CRS points.
Thanks in advance.
If the work is full time continuously for at least a year in your selected NOC, generally yes.
As for your college, IRCC would want to look at the mode of your study (FT vs PT) more than the hours of your attendance.
Is reference document covering the above required details sufficient ? Or do people provide additional items such as payslips, tax documents etc. in addition to a complete reference letter? I don't have payslips from the job that was 7 -10 years ago.
