1. Notice of oath
2. PR card
3. 2 Govt issued ID's ( Drivers license, Health Card)
4. All Passports Valid and Expired.
5. Landing Docs ( IMM 1000 or 5292)
Optional: A holy book ( if you wish to use to swear in on your holy book)
