Documents for identity for minor

I am getting certificate of citizenship for my 15 year old son. He has a US passport but the application asks for 2 pieces of ID. He doesn’t have anything else, not even school ID.
What have others used in the past?

The instructions say no birth certificate or SIN card. SSN is equivalent to SIN.

You can get a photo ID at service ontario for your son or at TTC. That's what my son is using.

Thanks. For the other things like birth certificate of the parent to prove citizenship, do they need originals?
