My college is not autonomous and it is affiliate with Mumbai University. I have done BE in IT. (Diploma holder so direct second year degree admission)
So first thing I did is to submit all photocopies of BE mark sheets (all semesters) , convocation certificate (Big one) and a degree certificate (small one) to my college . They took 7 days to prepare transcript and give it back to me in sealed envelope. College will charge their own fees. (In my case it was Rs 250 for a set) , Note : carry original with you sometimes college may ask you.
Then I visit to Mumbai university office (Near sydenham college , Churchgate), 1st floor. There you need to fill one form stating how many documents you needs to be attested. They charge Rs 5/- per copy (not set).
There you need to submit the transcript provided by the college along with photo copies of all marksheets (all semesters) , convocation certificate (Big one) and a degree certificate (small one).
Also carry one big envelope and address of WES.
They will give you the receipted of money you paid. Don’t forget to take phone number from them.
They will take 30 days to do stamping. (don’t ask why 30 days, my case there was a big holiday and they took almost 40 days).
Then you will get copy of transcript in sealed envelope. Courier that to WES with your reference number (# which you get after paid fees on WES site). WES said they will take 30 days but in my case it was done in 2 weeks.
