Documents during entry for PGWP

Yesterday I received my TRV and a letter of introduction after getting my Post Graduation Work Permit approved. I’m fully vaccinated and I’m aware of the travel the travel requirements related to COVID. However, do I need a job offer to enter Canada? To my understanding, PGWP is an open work permit. In addition, are there any other documents required on the port of entry?
