Documents Check list to New Delhi..... pliz help

hey guys pliz let me know if anything is missing in the list.. i have to send the documents to new delhi....

- A copy of the Mail
- Application for Permanent Residence in Canada [IMM 0008]
- Schedule 1: Background/Declaration [IMM 0008 SCHEDULE 1]
- Additional Family Information [IMM 5406]
- Schedule 3: Economic Classes [IMM 0008 SCHEDULE 3]

- Birth Certificate notarized copy
- Xerox copy of my full passport

Educational Certificates
- Notarized copies of SSC and inter
- Are Transcripts compulsory or notarized copies will be enough
- Notarized copies of Bachelor Degree

Work Experience Notarized copies
- company offer letter
- Experience letter and Releaving Letter
- Reference Letter original or notarized copy..
- pay slip

i am also facing same problem i have done full time and part time at same time ... i have mentioned my part time exp in initial application but the company was closed and is taken over by other company.. so i am thinking of keeping only my full time experience... to new delhi..Because i dont have sufficient documents and i dont want to take risk by keeping this exp...

Language Proof ( Still to Write on may8th )
- IELTS Certificate Original

proof of Funds ( Fixed deposit will accept)

- present Bank statement of fixed deposit
- i am thinking to keep the Fixed deposit for six months

- Police Clearance Certificate

- Proof of relationship ( Nephew )
- Canadian Passport xerox of relative
- Letter from my nephew to CHC Regarding relation

- RPRF Fees
- The Reciever general for canada ( $490)
or
The canada high comission ( 21,000 INR = $490)

Please seniors help me.... if anything should i add

Hi Friends / Seniors;

Would also feel better, if you guys can let us know on the document checklist for the First Application to be sent to CIO at Sydney, NS, Canada.

My Question on the Experience Certificate is that, my First Company where i worked for nearly 3 years - the company got shutdown long back in 2006. I have only the Experience Certificate from them. If I submit that, after getting attestation from the Notarized Public - is that fine.

Please help me out

: job duties letter also- original - most important- be as descriptive as possible.

Hi forum members,
Would u plz let me know that how CHC would award points for the following experience

feb 2008 - feb 2009 (2282)IT support technician (1 year part time)

mar 2006 - oct 2006 (0213) MIS assisstant (8 months)

I already have 3 year points for full time but bit confuse how to count these ones..
i would appreciate your response guys
