documents attestion question?

I want to ask something, I am applying for SINP very soon, So I have atteste some documents from notary public. My question is either we have to attest the original document or we have to attest the photocopy of original document. And 2nd thing is if we attest the the photocopy of original document,,,,,,,,,,,,Then either we have to submitt the original attested copies of document or make further copy of attested document and then submitt it.

i have send the notarized dox to canada and does not have "valid outside india (red stamp)". does it seems ok?
