You only need to send original transcripts and reference letter in sealed envelopes. Other than this send photocopies of original documents attested by notary public/designated personnel . Do ask the person to put an extra stamp for sending documents abroad which is red in colour (notary persons usually know about the stamp)
Your SOP and C.V doesn't require attestation.
Use fedex or Dhl services for quick deleivery to the institute. They charge flat Rs.900 to 1000 for courier (this services is only foe sending docs to university or colleges abroad)
