Ø > Divorce certificate(s), application(s) for divorce and divorce order(s) from former spouse

Ø > Death Certificate for former spouse and child born in 2007 (along with Medical Certificate of Cause of Death and all evidence of funeral(s)

Ø > Marriage certificate for applicant and former spouse, marriage photos and any other photos you may have of you and former spouse together

Ø > Birth certificate for child born in Previous marriage

> Personal Information Form (PIF) and IRB reasons and decisions and a copy of Inland Application

Ø

Please note:

All documents must be accompanied by English or French translations. When original documents are requested, notarised documents are not acceptable.



The above information/documents must be received in our office within 30 days from the date of this letter. Failure to do so could result in the refusal of your application. Please quote your complete application number on your correspondence and address your correspondence to the Canadian High Commission for Ghana in Accra at the address indicated below.



Please note that submission in person will not be accepted.

Your are almost done after u send all that documents/informations to them, 1 advice...after ur done with all documents SEND ALL documents together.

It's not clear what sort of advice you are looking for. You need to follow the instructions in the letter you have received and submit all of this documentation to CIC.

Am just curious why they are asking for my PIF and IRB decision and my application as at the time I came to canada,

Don't they have it on their system

I don't think you can get an extension. Try getting all documents right away. You can try calling CIC. Try to ask them you don't have enough time to get this document. Actual case you should have all documents with you all the time. If death, divorce, baby something happens you should technically have all documents with you. JUST TRY CALLING CIC TO WHAT THEY HAVE TO SAY

hello guys.

after submitting the required document from the cic local office
i decided to check the ecas 2 weeks after submission.
this is what i got:

We received your application for permanent residence on July 17, 2014.

We started processing your application on May 8, 2015.

Medical results have been received.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.


does anyone has a idea of what is going on, am so worried

Most likely a positive thing like the end of the whole process.
Cic don't refuse without talking to you first.
So congrats

am not really worried though, but the time frame on when the process started and when the decision was made was just a week.

i was just wondering because in know the local visa office is always very slow in making decision

Once they start looking at your application, it's usually quick. They started when they asked for the additional documents, so once they got them, they were able to finish the process for you...so the timeline of one week is actually pretty normal. You should be fine...

It depends on where you live I think.
In Brazil it takes 14 days at max

It Might depend on Visa Office but few people i Know they got Between One to Two Week.

its been 16 days and there is no mail yet from CIC local office

does it takes so much time like this for the mail to arrive

a bit nervous
