I’av got my ITA, my aunt lives in ontario, and to establish the relationship between my father and her sister(my aunt) there are no other documents except her marriage certificate, which only has the common parent name that of father. Rest of all documents are mutilated and lost.

Will it be sufficient to submit just her marriage certificate along with my father’s passport? As a proof of their relationship.
I have got all the other documents, like utility bills, ITR, bank statement, employment certificate, recent passport, citizenship card.
Need help. Only left with a week for submission.
Thank you

Hi,
Marriage certificate mentioning her father's name, and your father's passport mentioning his father's name should be sufficient to prove the relationship with your aunt.
You dont get any CRS points for aunt/uncle, however you get 5 points from the required 67 points in the initial eligibility assessment for aunt/uncle.

I’av worked as a dentist in a private dental clinic as an employee for 3years and 8months. Paid in cash, without pay slips.Total working hours 44. Also, used to take home tuitions for 2hrs for 6days a week.
In the work ex column i have mentioned of only as a dentist.
My Income tax return is filed under ITR4
Which shows presumptive income along woth my dental salary.
My employer will give me work ex, and salary details, hours on his legal letterhead. With stamping and sign.
Will it impact my profile in anyway?

If your employer of private clinic is issuing you the reference letter (as per CIC format), you will be good as 3 years 8 months will fetch you maximum points.
Regarding your home tution its 12 hr/week, not a full time job and and you will be not able to get any points for it. You can mention in Letter of explanation regarding the income that you take home tutions and explain in detail.

What is the letter of explaination? Is there a legal format for this?
Anything that you feel require explanation regarding your case, you can attach a pdf file mentioning the Heading and its details.
That way any officer working at your case will have the necessary information.
You will have a separate place holder in your documents upload section for the same. There are alot of discussions for LOE on this forum, do search!

I feel my IRT will confuse tge reviewing officer. As my income went down with the progressing years for the same number of working hours. Which is very unlikely, but there were some losses happening at employers end, so I agreed on working at a lower pay as compared to my pay when i was first employed. Another reason was shortage of job opportunities. But don’t know how to prove it. SO CAN I SKIP UPLOADING income tax returns in my e-APR. Also, i was paid in cash with no pay slips.
