Me fiancé and I are planning and submitting papers for spousal sponsorship, and I see one of the ways to show we are a real couple is documentation showing we have came into each other's countries.

Both of us have driven in and out of both Canada and the USA. I am wondering how I can get proof of my visits because there are no stamps. Thank you

Try this:
http://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/agency-agence/reports-rapports/pia-efvp/atip-aiprp/thr-rav-eng.html

A Travel History Report is a record of a traveller’s entries into Canada. The report documents entries made on or after August 1, 2000. This information is collected by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) on travellers entering Canada. Traveller exit information is also available in a limited capacity but applies only to foreign nationals entering the United States from Canada on or after June 30, 2013.

You might be able to get data from both sides of the border, in this one request.

Oh...and when you say that you will be submitting a spousal sponsorship application, are you doing so after you are married? If not, have you already met the requirement to apply as a Common-Law couple?
I ask this, because unlike the U.S., Canada does not have a fiancé visa program.

We are doing it after we are married because it's more difficult to prove we are common law since I'm not living with him at the moment

I did one of these. Came out as a big printout of all the times my husband had crossed into Canada and which border crossing. Was good. It took awhile to get to me, but.
