Hi:

I am new to this forum. It's really helpful to apply for people who wants to apply themselves. I am sending my application by tomorrow. I got clarified my all doubts in this forum. I hope I have completed the application. I have listed the document which I am sending. If I miss something, please let me know. I am sure I'll be an active member and do my best to clarify people doubts.

1. IMM 5610-Document Checklist
2. IMM 0008-Generic application form
3. IMM 5669- Declaration for me and my spouse
4. Schedule-8 Declaration
5. IMM 5406- Addition family Information for me and my spouse
6. IMM 5562- Travel information
7. IMM 5620- Fee Payment

8. CELPIP score
9. Pay stuffs, T4 and NOA (Should I hide my SIN??)
10. Reference letter from my employer
11. PCC.Im planning to send later.
12. Previous experience in India. (Do I need to send any reference?)
13. Photocopies of educational qualification for me and my spouse (Is it required to attestation?)
14. Affidavit for date of birth from my parents, ( don't have Birth certificate) I hope this would be enough. Any other document required?
15. Photocopies of my passport and workpermit
16. Marriage certificate
17. My son birth certificate
18. 6 photographs

I think I am asking a big favor from you. I hope that I have completed my package. But If you people cross check it, I would post it with confident.

Neither are required, nor will they improve your application. Leave these out, unless you feel that your educational qualification is essential to legitimate your NOC code.
