Is it mandatory to get it signed from HOD/ Principal on Xerox?

I believe no, you don't need the sign from hod/principal, only transcript and certificate copy is required.

I am very much new to this page.

Would like to know I done my diploma in secretarial practice for 1 year from directorate of training & technical education from Delhi and MBA from IIBMS Pune.

I am looking for document verification for sending attested documents to WES or ICAS for Canada immigration.
