Document update after submitting eAPR

All,

I have two questions.

1. I submitted my application with an LOE for delay FBI Identity Check Report. I should get the report later this week. How do I upload the FBI report once I get it? I don't see an option to upload new documents.

2. I didn't read the experience letter requirements clearly. I uploaded a letter without roles and responsibilities. I have the letters with roles and responsibilities. How do I change/amend these experience letters?

1 - Raise a CSE.
2 - Raise a CSE asap. If you claimed points for such work experience rejection will be likely without this new letter.

How do I raise a CSE? I couldn't find a link to it. Please help.
