Hi, I´m in the process of sending my full application to our local embassy. In the email comfirmation that I received from CIC Sydney, it says that I should also enclose a copy of the forms that were sent with the initial application. However, I don´t have them. I can´t find the copies I made and obviously I never got them back from Sydney.

Waht should I do? Re-fill them and send them (with the possibility of them not matching since I don´t remember everything I put) or just send the new documents withouth these forms?

Thanks in advance!

Fill new forms. I think you are allowed to update the forms.

You have to send new forms. Otherwise they will return your application. You should read instructions first if you are not sure. There is an appendix A that includes the list of documents that you need to send to the embassy.

Hi Spa, thanks for your comment, but as a matter of fact I did carefully read all the instructions and here`s what iti says:

For your personal records, you should retain copies of all forms. Each copy must have an original signature. You will be requested to submit a signed copy of these forms if the application is recommended for further assessment to a Canadian Visa Office. Should there be any changes made to the information on the forms, a letter of explanation should accompany the submission to the Visa Office.

That`s why I´m asking...

Yeah, if you update anything , you should send a letter. Since you don't have the luxary of having the old form, the best you can do is to re-create everything you had written previously.

They wanted you to make copies of the applications only for your own reference. When they ask you to submit full application you can use the information on these copies to fill new original ones.
They don't need you to send the copies of initial forms to them. As a metter of fact they already have them in their system.
They just want you to fill new original copies, sign and send them.

Try to remember what you put in your old forms.
