Document Requirement for Biometrics in India

a. what all documents parents need to take to VFS office for giving biometrics?
b. also does office takes passport at biometrics time or we need to submit passport after PP letter?

You need to bring your appointment letter,original passport, biometrics instructions letter, consent form one per application.
Photos will be taken at vfs office

They don't take ur passport at office u need to submit when u get a request

You can search online its a pdf file u need to download

Also should this form be filled at the VFS or can we fill it before travelling or whenever? Asking because there is a section where they ask signed at (city, India). Is this referring to the place where the biometrics is done?

U just need to fill the second section with name and stuff, about the place asked to sign in they need to enter the place where the biometrics are given and rest will be taken care at vfs.
