Hi

I applied online and received a message requesting that I re-fill one of the application form and send it. I did not fill out a section of the form because the instructions was that it should be filled in if 18 years or older (and I am not 18). However, it seems that they need that section filled anyways.

My question is: How do I send this form? I do not see any option to upload this document online. Should I just mail it, although I applied online?

This is a time sensitive issue.

I assume you got this message through MYCIC account. When you click on the application you have submitted you will see a new section where there is place to upload the file. If there is not any place to upload then you have to send the file through emailing at their normal email address or case specific email link.

You have to send it to the email id you got the document request mail from!
