Document Request from WES !!! HELP

Hello friends,

I submitted the documents to WES, now I got the email from them stating "Request for more documents".

So, when I will resend the documents shall I have to give the WES fees again ???

You dont need to pay the fees again. You should send the documents which they requested from u that's it !! But pls do attach WES Reference number to track. include WES payment slips.

Actually the thing is I have already sent my master's credential that is: 1) degree certi 2) marksheet 3) transcripts and still they are asking for the "Master's credential"...

What may be the problem is, my docs are signed from my college's HOD...may be that's not valid...!!!!!

First you need to understand

1- you need to send a copy of the documents from your side
2- The University college need to send a sealed documents with form signed ( the form from WES)

if this what you have done, then is they have not received your documents, they get hundreds of envelopes per day, so it easily can be lost or forgotten so give them a call. they are very slow in replying to an email, it can take up to a week

what I mentioned above is from a personal experience...
