Document number and counterfoil for US Citizen

Me and my wife are indian citizens and my kid has US citizenship. PPR is approved, yet to receive the passport. But i dont see the entry of document and counterfoil number in the online application for my son. Is that ok?

Your son does not need a counterfoil since he has a US passport. So it's fine.
