Document needed for express entry profile

As per Canada Immigration site it says I need ECA, IELTs and my passport alone for profile creation.
Once I get ITA it says I need police certificates ,
Medical exam and proof of funds.

Where is work experience needed.

Do you know if a true copy of the marriage certificate is accepted by IRCC? We seem to have lost the original during shifting houses.

If you have a scanned copy, that is enough.

No. I don't have a scan of the original certificate. So planning to get a certified true copy from the same office the original was issued. Was wondering if IRCC would accept it.

They may accept it. But personally, if I were in the same situation I would have tried to make another original document just to avoid any possibility of surprises.

It sounds like you are able to go to the office which originally issued you the marriage certificate, any possibility of asking them to issue a new certificate?
