Document mailing time from Toronto

Hi! I have a valid Study Permit and need to renew my Visa. My Online application was received by CIC on Nov. 22, 2015 and processing time (without including document mailing time) is 16 days at the moment. This being said, I haven't been asked to submit my Passport yet.

I would like to know how long the document mailing processing takes if I'm mailing my passport from Toronto?

Online application received on Oct 31 2015
Asked to submit original passport on Nov 25 (processing time on cic website was 14 days)
Passport sent Nov 25 at 5pm, received by CTP-O on Nov 27 at 1pm (Xpresspost envelop)
Now waiting for passport to return.

Any information for the processing times to print the visa on the passport will be appreciated.
