document list for BOWP application while still waiting for AOR

Hey, I was wondering if anybody can confirm with me about the required documents for BOWP application. I need to send it out today or tomorrow, even though i have not received my AOR yet.

1. IMM5710E
2. Photo Copy of passport of current work permit
3. A Letter of Explanation
4. Proof of payment
5. Documents Check list

Also, i have 2 questions I am not sure about on the IMM5710E form.
1 have you taken any exam to assess your English ability? Should I say yes if i took the Ilets for CEC. I prefer not to send the copy of the result if i don't have to because i might need the 2nd copy later.
2. Have you applied to remain in Canada? Should I say yes, and provide dates when i renewed my study permit, and PGOWP?

Additionally, I don't want to provide current employment information for the BOWP because it's not required, what do you guys think?

considering you have not recieved AOR yet, i suggest you also show proof of payment for your CEC application. I sent in copy of bank draft.. in addition, i also sent all my paystubs showing i am eligibla for CEC and only awaiting AOR.. if u have a current job offer/contract, you can send a copy of that as well..it doesnt negatively affect ur applciation in any way.. i sent it too and i got open BOWP..

I suggest u can send a photcopy of your IELTS results.. do not need to send an original.. i sent a photocopy of my IELTS result and PCC+fngerprints photocopy from canada

for second question.. i provided details of all the travel visas, work permits and study permits issued to me by CIC..

U may not need to send ALL the docs i had mentioned but i was just trying to be safe by providing CEC with most info.

From what I know you only need IMM5710E, copy of passport and work permit, proof on being accepted in principle for PR and Payment. Letter of explanation is optional but its good to send it in your situation.

There is no need to IELTS copy or employment letter with your application.

The answer should be yes and provide all the dates for your previous permits.
