Document lacks authenticity

Please I need help.
You have submitted documentation that lacks authenticity and this has diminished the overall credibility of your application. How do I address this issue, I have ordered gcms notes it doesn't tell which of my documents to be specific. Help me please

Give proper context for your question, who, what,where, why?

I want to know how to address this issue because I want to reapply.... as far as I am concern all my documents are authentic. I have ordered GMCS notes but the notes didn't specify which document they found not be authentic. Am from the Gambia and I submitted my application in Dakar and it was processed there. The VO mention three refusal reasons, limited financial resources, family ties and lack of authenticity in on my documents. I can address the above two but document authenticity is my concern, I need help on how to address the issue.
