Document Format For eAPR

Hello,

I was about the get my documentation ready for filing an eAPR, since i noticed there's no discussion describing the page-to-page format for the application. I have listed the idea that i have in my mind, please feel free to correct me or add information as needed.

My score breakdown is as follows :
Age : 110
Level of Edu : 128
IELTS : 133
Canadian Work Exp : 40
Skill Transferability : 50
Canadian Education : 15

1. LOE ( Note : On the kindest and most respectful note)
A. Introduction
B. Body - Specific explanation ( Why my PCC is dated March 2016 -> since i have never left Canada since AND Why there is no proof of funds -> since the ITA is through CEC)
C. Regards/Conclusion

2. Passport (Bio- All stamped/ filled pages scanned- Last page scanned)

3. Education
A. Foreign Education : Scanned Degree with WES reference number
B. Canadian Education : Scanned Degree

4. PCC
The scanned PCC letter received from the indian Embassy.

5. Work Experience ( Please advise if this would be a single document )
A. Scanned Reference letter
B. T4 information for the CRA website
C. Last 6 Months Paystubs

6. Medical : E-Medical Number

7. IELTS : Scanned IELTS marksheet / IELTS Reference Number ( Please advise )

And with this in my view i would have finished all the documentation , please do advise me if i'm going wrong somewhere.

I hope all future applicants are benefitted once this thread has legit information.

Please update similar Formats for other categories such as FSW / PNP too so that all members could benefit from this info in the future.

7 - No need to upload IELTS results as they can check it with your test ref. number.

I should add that for some people there is a slot for Education transcripts. Although I studied in Canada I was not requested these documents but for some reason it is asking others for it.

Hey ashwin, did you add your India address in there? I know it asks for adding that under contact info for correspondence, but as you know, the way addresses are written is quite different and it is frustrating me on how to add it, since the format is laid out in the way addresses are written in Canada.

I haven't started filing the application forms yet, but i currently reside in Canada itself. I know an Indian Address' format is much different compared to a canadian one. I couldn't find any relevant information regarding this so far, ill surely update you as soon as i do.

Hi Stanlee! The form for Address History asks for Street Number, Street Name, Apartment Number, City/Town, Country and then Region.

For me, the address goes like building number-apartment number, name of the building, name of the area, name of the region, city, and then pin code.

When I try to add all of this leaving street number blank, it does not let me add the address. Where does the pin code go too? There is no separate box for "postal code" there. If you want I can post screenshots here. I am worried because this address will be for correspondence with cic and I don't want anything to go wrong here.

Street Number, put NA or hyphen. PIN code enter it along with the address.

So I will just write all of the address in "Address Line 1" and Address Line 2, including PIN code. And as you said, I will put a hyphen or NA for St. Number. Thank you!
