document checklist updated today

No you don't have to. Only application received after 27th/28th October 2014 by CIO will have to do that.

CIC may consider leniency up to 30th October 2014 for applications who are in transit when the form was updated.
 
Sent new version forms through courier today.

:oChecked and found that earlier i have sent three forms including checklist in older version.

Experts- what are the possibilities that they consider these forms.

Please revert, if I need to do anything else.

Once the package is received. Email CIC [Mentioned both of your Tracking numbers with dates received by CIO]

I had discussion with the consultant as they are dealing many such cases a day. I informed her that sent application on 21.10.14 through fedex, delivered to NS on 28.10.2014.
checklist updated on 27.10.2014, how would I use the updated one as my application was about to deliver and already was at destination (NS) on 27.10.2014.
Further I have also asked them to send the new one with cover letter and tracking number of last application. She was of the view that correspondence before PER is useless and this is never gonna be the reason for rejection.

I checked the document check list just now. Still it shows 08-14 date. This is strange. How can I find the new version. I Currier my documents 22.10.14. still it didn't reach the visa office. In status it says near Nova Scotia area. Hopefully it will reach the visa office today. Do I have to submit the new version? Seniors please help regarding this.

It will be fine dear. Seems like form updating is still in progress. As some seeing new forms some seeing old forms.

If you application is in transit when the form is updated, it will be accepted.

Relax and Pray and Pray for us and everyone as well.

I will send new forms with cover letter,and I want to know the exact mailing address please?
is this the same mailing address of applications?

Don't forget to write on side of the envelope 'additional documents' and old Shipment Tracking Number!

There is no much change here. The only change is for point 11. Please find the screen shots below. I do not think sending old checklist would be a problem until and unless you are applying for arranged employment.

You need to download the form first on your computer and once you open this pdf file it will show on the file IMM5612 (10-2014)E

i have sent mine on 28th with old check list but point 11 does not apply 2 me

will send it back or will they take easy of it
 
You can also request for document control list in order to ensure that most recent and controlled document is being used. Best of luck!
 
Hello Dears ,

Strangly , untill today i still see the August version of the Checklist .. even when i cleared the Cache in 2 different browsers i still see the Aug. version . even after i save it to my PC
please advise me how to have the last version of the forms !! Im about to send my application in the next couple of days and i want to be sure to send the last update of the forms.

appreciate ur feedback.
