I just had a word with CiC call centre. They are saying i can submit that form again with reference to old track number along with explanation of using old version form and same will be considered.

Expert please advise what all documents i need to send along with forms.

did anyone find out what exactly is the difference in the checklist document in august and october versions except for the footer ?

there is one difference i have found. page 4th ..... permanent job offer and LMO...... is changed to ....... permanent job offer and positive LMIA......

confusion is now over, I can see the October date in the online website so we are good to go.

Very right, October is written on checklist.
But I can't find any difference between the previous and current one.
can anybody update on this.

I have sent my application on 21.10.2014 and received at NS today at 10:30 am.

Hi guys, why I still see the august version I am keeping checking but it is still August, for my case My application was sent yesterday and they updated yesterday as per this forum so I really do not know if I am in trouble or not, I have spoken to a consultant he told me that they give a period of time when they update document for example one week and for me I was not guilty I just sent my application the day that got updated

I think same Mail Address as you sent the original form , I don't think sending on email will work..

@ changeseekers - I have not done detailed analysis of what changed but we must at all times use the latest version as even if nothing is changed at least the document footer reflects the date and its easy to find out if a old form is sent.
