document checklist updated today

Application sent in September with check list version of Mar14 is that any problem?? I am worried plz reply.

Oh, what was the reason?

Yes that's a big mistake and a reason of rejection.

Document Check list is one of the important Document as it tells which form/document to be sent.

But before we reach to conclusion, let's work out.

Please share the March14 Document Check list with me or on this forum.

Comparison will make the decision more focused.

I would also like you to send a PM to msaeed. He is one of the senior member and really a blessed helping friend.
 
There is no change in check list just version is changed. Have checked both the check lists moreover same was available on the website. I have checked with my consultant who said there is no issue.

Review thoroughly again.

Don't hear your consultant. If something goes wrong you and your money will be at loss nor consultants.

Old form is one of the measure rejection reason of FSW 2013 as can be seen in below link

I would advise you to be more focused on this and contact CIC on their phone and e-mail.

I accessed the same link earlier to download the October pdf. Now I too am seeing August pdf. If there is some way to transfer the new pdf file to you for comparision, I can arrange.

I think there is some confusion. I cleared cache and now seeing August file.

thank you folks for checking , this was really confusing, I am on call with CIC now and will update you with what they say..

I saw with my own eyes the October date and even the webpage updated and now it says August...


I will inform what CIC says.
 
Guys, I called CIC and the lady said that the form was updated in October and she is able to see it.

I am going to use the October one, she was telling me that I must be referring the wrong link :(

anyways I will go ahead and use October one.,
 
Good to know that the october check list is confirmed. But since which date in october was it posted online? My app reached CIO on 21st Oct and at that time the document link clearly mentioned august but I did not open the doc to check the date at the bottom of the form.

If CIC expects all october applicants to have the new check list then not sure what will be happen.

Hopefully God willing all will be okay and there is no confusion for october applicants.

I called CIC again to cross check and confirm and they said the checklist is update,d I don't know how 2 people can see 2 different versions on the internet :(

Agent said she is on the site and is able to see October for doc checklist.

@almeida - you are are okay as the last update was done on 24-october from what I saw yesterday so should be fine as your application reached on 21st itself.

I just had a word with CiC call centre. They are saying i can submit that form again with reference to old track number along with explanation of using old version form and same will be considered.

Expert please advise what all documents i need to send along with forms.

Cover Letter mentioning the reason + tracking number of your previous Shipment [So they can track]

And updated form.

Once the package is received. Email CIC [Mentioned both of your Tracking numbers with dates received by CIO]

Good luck. Try to dispatch it as early as possible.
