Document Checklist - Sponsor - 21 - Medical Condition Statement

Just looking over the sponsorship checklist (IMM5491) and #21 says

Medical Condition Statement, if a dependent child included in the application is your adopted son or daughter. See section on Adopted children in your guide for additional information.

Well, I don't have any adopted children, but do I, the sponsor, have to submit a medical check?

Anyone have any thoughts on this? Does the sponsor need a medical check too? Or just the principal applicant?
