Question 19, if i have option C and proof of employment do I still need to provide all the evidence on question 19?
I'm pretty confused about it.

Also for question 20, Im not very clear about it too. Im not living outside of canada, how do i proof it?

Provide what you have. I believe the Option C is really the most important one to include. As for the living in Canada, your drivers licence and any bills in your name to your address will be proof enough. You can get a letter of employment from your work or something to show you are enrolled in school as well. Whatever suits your situation.

Others will reply and give more insight.

Take care

Proof of Employment is Q. 18, exclusive requirement and you can get that from your company HR which will have work start date, time working there and current salary
Don't check anything in q.20, as it doesn't apply to you

can you see what is in question 20?
if you live outside canada and also you intend to live in canada with you spouse after you'll get the visa only you should include the proof of your ability to take care of them after they come to canada. so, if you live in canada, you dont need to show the proof. its not relavant to you.
so, just leave it
