The email that I received from LA just asked for the following:
1. Copy of ppr email
2. Passport
3. Photos
4. Height/eye color form
5. Updated current mailing address
6. Prepaid usps envelope
To be sent to 550 south hope street, 9th floor, LA, CA 90071
I have read about people using VAC and sending money orders and consent forms etc. However, I have nothing like that mentioned in my email. Did anyone send their passport to LA office ? Can you please confirm that the above mentioned check list is the only thing to be submitted ? No VAC or money order etc ?
