Hi,

I just got my Ita last week and filled in the form that determines the documents I need to submit. Document checklist showed that I need to provide: passport, proof of employment, education, medical info and photos. Criminal clearance form and IELTS results are not requested. Why? Do I still need to submit them somehow?

I came to Canada in 2013 a month after I aged 18 and never left the country for longer than a week or two. When filling in the address and personal information after receiving an ITA, I only mentioned the addresses and info after I aged 18 (so it is 5 years worth of information, not 10). Did I do it right?

IELTS was not requested probably because you entered the test ref# previously and they do not need that.

You never lived outside of Canada for extended periods and u don't need to supply a Canadian police clearance unless they ask you while processing application

You should have entered the IELTS test report form number during the application...u can upload the actual IELTS report as an optional document...there's a separate place holder for that
