5. Spouse education diploma/degree - he has not had ECA and we did not claim points for it, why do I need to upload proof?

I`m looking for answer on this as well. i`m still filling form and really i`m scary, because i dont need troubles with document checklist. Mayby do not mention about spouse education. then they will not ask about proof. on another hand, they cant ask about ECA if you aswer on questions:
1. Does XXX have Canadian diploma...etc? NO
2. Does XXX have ECA ...blah blah? NO
it is only my opinion...i dont know...

Same issue with me. I haven't claimed education points for my spouse and myself as we don't have ECA and now they are asking for education documents

I am planning to attach my degree certificate/ transcript with a brief letter at the top that I am not attaching ECA as I haven't claimed any points for education. I hope it goes through.

I called CIC call center as well but they do not have any answers.

Read the section on Proof of Work Experience - the Reference or Experience letter described is the same thing as the "Letter of Employment."

Thanks for the reply, I only have one letter from my current employer, it's says I will have full time permanent employment as long as I am legally able to work in Canada. And details regarding dates worked , pay, benefits etc, so can I use this for both employment offer and proof of employment? Using the same document twice may be risky?

I need some clarity on Proof of Funds,

i need to show CAD 18260 as POF ... Apart from my savings can i show my spouse deposits & savings account details also as POF ??

How did this go for you?
I have been asked to upload Education diploma/degrees for my spouse, however he didn't attend post-secondary education nor did we get any points for education. I am not sure what to do here. I think I may just upload a letter stating this.
