Document attestation

Hello,
I have my transcripts ready sealed and stamped from college and i want to visit University to get it attested . But i have one issue over my marksheests which is i've lost my 2 marksheets and i have not applied for duplicate, though college prepared the transcripts based on the marks they had in statement of marks with them, now i just want to know will University give the attestation to me on transcripts or the marksheests ?
Also while sending documents to wes . Do we send them attested marksheets or attested transcripts ?

Ask this question to your university officials. And you need to send attested transcript from the university. Each ECA agency has a list of required documents, so go through their website to know the exact ones.

But one more question
I have two degrees one is bcom and another is LLB
My bcom degree transcripts are sealed and stamped in an envelope by college
But my LLB degree transcripts are given to me directly in hand , no envelope ,but those transcripts are stamped by college but just envelope not providedby them
So while gng for attestation . Will University accept those transcripts as they aren't in a envelope ? Please help

They will not accept. Get a University envelope and put those transcripts into that. You can ask the non-teaching or admin department of the university to do that. And get it sealed and stamped from them.

Other University officials will seal and stamp it ?
WES would not ask ?
This transcript are issues by college then get it seal and stamped by them and not by University

Since you will go to University for attestation, then you can request them to put in an envelope.
