After one year i have got a letter from cic asking for

1.Proof of fund
2. brith certificate
3. police certificate
4. IT return.

After one year i have got a letter from cic asking for

1,2 and 4 is ready to send however police i am waiting for police certificate from FBI which usually take 1 week - 13 week and i been waiting for it 3 weeks now and closing to the time to reply cic. I was wondering if some one gone through the same situation and can suggest me something. If i sent a letter saying that i will send police certificate as soon as i will get it and in the mean while i go ahead and submit these document. WIll this help cic or they will still wait for police report to take decision on my file.

Send the documents you have and send payment receipt of application for police certificate from FBI and request some more time to submit that. The decision would be only taken after ur FBI PC reaches Visa Office.

Which is your locan visa office?

Are they asking for IT Return also???

Are birth certificate compulsory for all family members?
