Of those things mentioned above, I don't have salary slips because they pay the salary in cash. Should I send two sets of applications(application for PR, SCH1, SCH3 etc) in the aplication packet being sent to CIO because applications are mentioned in both CIO and Visa office Specific checklists. As I thought I should put CIO checklist and the documents mentioned in it as one set and Visa office Checklist and documents mentioned in it as second set and send both of them together to CIO. Because you had already been through this process, I am asking for your advice.coolbreeze said:If you have also been practicing part time ( at home or somewhere else), you can also include your visiting card, a page from your prescription pad,
and copies of your income tax returns. I am sorry, I forgot to mention reference letters which are very important too. Get 2 or 3 them from your seniors at the hospital. Also include copies of your salary slips to prove your are employed. If your employment at the hospital is ongoing (going to continue indefinitely), you must have that mentioned in the experience letter.
Internship is part of the education,, so you cannot claim it as experience. The medical college transcript letter that you must also submit will include it
as a part of your education.
It is ok if you were unemployed for one year after your degree but you must show enough experience in the time after that to get to the passmark.
You must submit original IELTS to CIO. Also Police Clearance has to be sent in ORIGINAL . Keep copies of sent originals for your records..Keep a copy of the complete application package you submit to CIO, for your own records. You won't need to submit anything to visa office again, that you have already sent to CIO.
You need to send only one application set to CIO and the required- documents checklist covers everything.anilch said:Of those things mentioned above, I don't have salary slips because they pay the salary in cash. Is there any need to mention no. of working hours in the experience letter.
First of all , go through the canada immigration website , Federal skilled worker immigration thoroughly. Download the NEW application package andanilch said:Thank you coolbreeze, I didn't notice this change in application package. I have been filling out old application forms. And It was confusing.
In the new CIO checklist, I have doubts regarding 8 and 14 columns. As per column 8, First page of Passport seems sufficient to my knowledge or should we include last page along with it? Is there any need of other pages if they carry visa stamping on them?
Regarding column 14, there are 2 boxes written originals next to them. what does that second box indicate? CA statement of lands and their values? Another doubt about copies mentioned in that checklist. Shall I need all copies to be notarized including passport copy?
A possiblity is research assistant/associate jobs in hospital/private labs. doing medical research. I have lived in US and IMGs with green cards preparing for USMLE could easily get those jobs.goodwill said:Hi Cool breeze

*First page of passport will suffice.
*Column 14 , second box ; if you elect to send asset documents rather than bank funds. I will strongly recommend sending proof of bank funds.
*All copies need to be notarized.
Thank you coolbreeze, I am going through CIC website and instruction guide. I have asked about column 14 because I felt like there is no choice between the two and both are necessary. It was not there in the old (visa office specific)checklist. And From the website link given they haven't mentioned much or elsewhere. So I have decided to stick on to Bank Certification letter.
