You mean its an integrated master's course??
You can also check http://www.credentials.gc.ca/ website. Try searching for your country, collage & course.

In my opinion you should get 25 points as you have completed masters and have 18 years fulltime education. Also post your question in doctors thread and PM someone from your occupation and country.

From the OP 06 processing manual

Section 10.2 – Education - guidance is provided on how medical degrees should be considered;
essentially medical doctor degrees are generally considered first-level degrees in the same way
as a Bachelor of Law or a Bachelor in Pharmacology. Officers should be guided by how the local
authorities responsible for educational or training institutions recognize the credential.

20 points.

thanks PMM. I agreed with u. But your other point a few days ago that applications are in queue and it take two months for CIO to open file was proved wrong, as my colleague credit card was hit in first week for transaction of processing fee.

That is the first thing CIC takes is the money, they open the packages confirm that is the right amount, and then stack up the applications.

Yes. CIC confirms the money and get it usually the first, especially if it's paid by credit card.

Logically if someone is not eligible at first place, then how can the money be transacted either through DD, Or credit card.

According to the guide initially a completeness check that is followed by the eligibility check then the processing fee deduction follows the case to be put into process.
