Doctor gave me 2 pages after emedical exam, where to send?

Doctor gave me 2 pages after the emedical examination:
1. Information sheet,
2. Tracking sheet.

He told to get a copy of the 2 pages and send the copies to office where my case is being evaluated. My VO is Mexico, who also was the office to send me the medical examination request. In the email requiring the medical examination, there were no instructions saying that I have to send anything to them.

I thought the I didn't have to send anything to anywhere, specially since the doctor was emedical enabled.
Considering that, my concerns are the following:
1. I'm not sure where to send the pages. Mexico, CIC?
2. Can I send an electronic copy, or do I have to send the papers by mail?

Hi,

The doctor is supposed to fill the report in the Emedical system introduced by CIC recently.
The documents given to you by the doctor can be sent to the VISA office by courier with any additional docs requested as stated in the CIC Email sent to you.
