I was not told to bring anything to my appointment and was wondering if there's going to be any information they'll need at my immigration exam such as medical records, birth certificate, passport, etc? I am going to have the exam done in Los Angeles.

I had to bring my passport. You will need some Government issued ID with a photo for sure.
